Per chi non lo conoscesse(blame on you nda), è un gioco in cui si può gestire una città in ogni suo aspetto, per quanto sia inutile e inverosimile, e per lo stesso motivo molto divertente. Chi ha giocato a questo gioco si è abituato ad un mondo con una grafica caratteristica, un finto 3D che si è imposto come canone dei giochi di stampo strategico.

Ora, immaginate il vostro World Wide Web disegnato come se fosse una città di Sim City.
